I am a very outgoing and laid back guy in my mid 30s looking for two room mates MALE or FEMALE for my townhouse in Jersey City. The place is exactly 810 minutes drive to Holland Tunnel Exit 14C on Turnpike as it is very close to the NJ Turnpike exit 14B Also Rt 78. It is 58 minutes drive from Journal Square Path Station, Newport Mall, Hudson Mall Liberty State Park. If you prefer public transportation, the Bus Stop to Journal squareNew Port is right in front of the townhouse. You will have your own Room Parking spot. The full bathroom will be share by you another person when I decide to rent out the second room. There are 2 more half bathrooms that will be shared by all. There is a fenced backyard for BBQ. The Basement is finished and is used as a Party RoomfamroomGuest Room that also has a Bar. There is a Laundry Room. Utilities are separate and the total will be divided by 3.
